Based in Benidorm on the Costa Blanca, we work as property finders not as an
Estate Agent and as you will see the process of finding you a property is actually
quite simple. At the end of the day when you finally complete your property
purchase or agree to rent a home we will have saved you a great deal of time, effort
and money.
You may not be aware BUT in Spain the same properties are often listed with
different agencies at different prices!. The difference in price usually ends up in the
estate agents pocket as it is common for a price to be agreed with the vendor
allowing the agent to add in a large commission. We make sure you pay the lowest
price possible by checking for multiple listings.
Many estate agents have ‘ghost properties’ - they don´t exist and are used simply to
attract customers in to their offices or to leave details on their websites. Let us save

profile from agents, online, press and private sales.
We have many ways of quickly finding properties through our network of contacts
and knowledge of the current property market in your chosen area. Many buyers
are unaware of the various ways to locate homes other than through the usual
channels of estate agent window shopping and developers websites.
Once we locate suitable properties details are emailed, posted or shown to our
clients who can then decide if and when they want to view. We arrange viewings
and accompany clients to all properties - this is crucial as the feedback helps us with
our ongoing search and builds up a better understanding of your needs.
This process continues until we find the property you want to purchase. Often goals
change along the way as you discover the region. We are geared up for this and
take great care to listen and offer advice along the way to help with the process of
making the right choice for YOU.
